The CCA is non-political, run by volunteers, we meet every 2 months and we need all the help we can get. If you can spare any time, however small, or have a skill we can use, please get in touch. If you would like to join the CCA, the rates are very reasonable and you would be very welcome.

Dorset Police Ringmaster

Get immediate Police notification of issues that may affect you or your area e.g. bogus callers etc.! It is an automated telephone or e-mail message system - Ring Debbie Kelly on 227840 or e-mail her on Ringmaster.Poole@Dorset.PNN.Police.uk to register.

For your diaries, or book now ! Leave at 8:30, return at 7:30. The cost is only £8 and this needs to be paid on booking to guarantee your seat. Please ring 698160 or 387473 to book.

Community Centre and Social Club

Also, the Community Centre can be hired at very reasonable rates for parties and social events. All information is on the Web Site or call 387473. There is also the Social club next to the Community Centre which offers very reasonably priced drinks and spirits plus has darts and pool teams.

Dorset Wildlife Rescue

· BINGO is held every Monday afternoon, 2 - 4
· A lunch club is held every 2 weeks, all welcome
· There is a Summer Fete on Saturday 30 July, 2 - 4

Creekmoor Youth Club

This runs every Wednesday and Thursday and covers the age ranges 11 - 18. If you would like to attend, please call Adrian or any of his team on 605340.

Creekmoor Library

Its not just books anymore, though we do have plenty of those!

Membership of the library is free - all you need to bring to join is one form of ID with your current address on, and then you can borrow up to 10 items, be they books, audio books, videos or DVDs. You can also request any of the above items if we don't have them in stock. Membership of Creekmoor means you can also use your card at any of the nine other Poole Libraries.

You can also access the Internet for free - we have three public computers that can be reserved for a specific time, or just drop in on the off chance.

There are coffee mornings on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, Storytime for the under 5's at 11 o'clock on Saturdays, the local councillors and the Pensions Advice Service both hold surgeries once a month. We also have Baby Bounce and Rhyme for the under 2's on the last Tuesday in the month.

We also offer photocopying, jigsaws and information on a wide range of subjects. Come and visit us at 34 Northmead Drive - just across from the doctor's surgery.

Line Dancing at the Community Centre

Want to get some exercise? Meet new people? Have a laugh? Then come and have a go at line dancing with Rose and Dom at Creekmoor Community Centre.

Classes are on Monday nights from 8-9pm for beginners, followed by improvers from 9-9.30pm
And Tuesday afternoons for beginners from 2-3pm.

You don't need any special clothing - just wear comfy shoes and come along and give it a go - we'd love to see you! £3.80 for adults £2.50 for under 16's. Any inquiries contact Rose on 659289 (day) or 603886 (eves)
