Bath Trip - 20th November 2004

Forty Creekmoor souls left the Co-op car park at 8:30 on a Saturday morning (what happened to my lie in?!?) on board a Dolphin coach bound for fun and frolics in the lovely city of Bath.

No-one mentioned that we'd have to drive through snow and sleet to get there, but any journey through Shaftesbury at this time of year has to be a gamble....

We left the snow behind, but got a cold and drizzley day instead. We may have needed umbrellas, but were our spirits dampened? Of course not!

It's not just shopping, you know, there's lots of historic buildings to be seen..

And for anyone feeling the cold...

As evening fell we made our way back to the coach, and were home in time for tea. A darn good day out, with shopping, history and snow.

Watch this space for the next event...
