BMX Sub-committee

Purpose of the Sub-committee

The purpose is to assist in supporting the promotion and production of a BMX track in Creekmoor, plus additional facilities, where permitted and feasible for the benefit of the youngsters and residents of Creekmoor

Constitution

The committee shall consist of up to 12 members, all of which shall have equal voting rights. The roles within the committee shall be: -

• Chairman
• Secretary
• Young persons representative(s)
• CCA liaison officer
• Fund-raising coordinator
• Public relations co-ordinator
• Poole Borough Council representative for Open Spaces
• Poole Borough Council liaison officer

The Creekmoor Home Beat Officer shall be a co-opted member of the committee with full voting rights.

A regular report will be presented to the CCA Trustees at the General Committee meetings.

All fund-raising proposals will require ratification by the General Committee. An Extraordinary General Committee meeting can be called for this purpose at any time.
